Our world is changing. You may be able to sense it, feel it, or even see it... there is a shift in power currently underway around our planet. And with this, the perception of who we think we are and what is possible for us in our life, is changing.

This transformation is happening to us and through us. It’s an energy that’s building, that is driving women to break out of old, limiting patterns and step into new roles. To play a bigger part in influencing the future of our world, and actualise all the possibilities that we sense within ourselves.
Self realisation is possible now
You don’t have to be at a crisis point to benefit from a Circle; we can become energised and focused while speaking or listening to others, it is always a two way street.
The Circle, with Ria’s thoughtful facilitation, will give you the rare opportunity to listen, and be listened to by like-minded, warm and non-judgmental women.
It will bring you the time to think clearly about any challenges or issues that you are facing, help you identify what may be holding you back from realising your goals, or possibly just give you a moment to appreciate where you are in your life."

About Ria and why she started facilitating Circles
I work and live internationally and understand expat life, and I take delight in cultural differences. I started facilitating Circles when I just moved away from Holland and it has been a major life line for me.There is something special and exclusive going on between the women in the circles. Being heard and held in such a profound way, is a treasure I never would have found in any other circumstances.
Surround yourself with women who lift you up
Even an hour with a circle of women can plug you back in, and help you harness your energy and creativity as well as remember to stop when it’s time to rest and renew. It supports you to swim upstream and dare to break away from the “do-do-do” busyness we see everywhere, and find a saner, healthier way to be alive.
